Mike Carver has his Bachelor's degree of Arts with a Major in Criminal Justice/Criminal Law and Minor in Spanish from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He has been working in Law enforcement for almost 7 years and has been an outstanding member of the community. He has lived in Utah all his life and is very familiar with the area. He is also fluent in the Spanish language. He is a Private Investigator for the State of UT and is a highly recommended process server.
